Experienced, Licensed, and Hands-On

Although Local Climate Control was officially established in 2025, the experience behind the company goes back more than 10 years. Michael Hanrahan is a fully licensed HVAC contractor, and he and Joe Sisto have each spent years working directly in homes and businesses throughout Martin County, diagnosing issues, installing systems, and delivering reliable comfort solutions.

Unlike large HVAC companies that rely on sales teams and subcontractors, every project is handled directly by Mike or Joe. This ensures consistent workmanship, honest recommendations, and long-term system performance.
